Our passion for art and design started back when we were little kids rearranging furniture in our parents home and continued until we both received Bachelor degrees in Fine Arts.

Considering our creative backgrounds, a relative of ours asked us to help prepare their home for sale. Without knowing what staging was, we worked side by side on this project and to our surprise the house sold in as little as three days. This opportunity introduced us to the world of staging and inspired us to complete training and receive certification as Home Stagers and Interior Re-designers through the Home Staging Resource (HSR). As well as, start a co-partnership business, Actual Spaces Home Staging.

While working on this project, we fell in love with the process and the final outcome. We enjoyed every step of the journey, from selecting paint colors, picking tiles, choosing furniture, and staging. We hope to help many homeowners transform their homes to sell quickly and for more profit.
