Our passion for art and design began in childhood, when we’d rearrange furniture in our parents’ home just to see the difference it made. This early love of design grew, leading us both to earn Bachelor’s degrees in Fine Arts.

 

Years later, a relative asked us to help prepare their home for sale. Though we weren’t yet familiar with staging, we tackled the project together—and to our surprise, the house sold in just three days. This experience introduced us to the world of staging, inspiring us to complete training and earn certification as Home Stagers and Interior Re-designers through the Home Staging Resource (HSR). Soon after, we launched Actual Spaces Home Staging.

Through this journey, we discovered not only our love for staging but also for design work. We’re dedicated to helping homeowners fall in love with their spaces all over again—whether they’re preparing to sell or simply refreshing their home. From selecting paint colors to choosing tiles, furniture, and accessories, we’re excited to transform homes into beautiful, inviting spaces that sell quickly or bring renewed joy to those who live there.
