We will walk with you through your home (including exteriors) and outline the work that needs to be done to get your home in market ready condition.

We will be using a detailed/custom staging report that will contain all the recommended changes/improvements, as well as information about how to stage every room in your home including your closets, garage, kitchen cabinets, and outdoors.
To maximize the effect of staging, we recommend adding the "wow factor" - emotional connection points to make the buyers subconsciously feel at home.

During a consultation we provide you with an detailed shopping list. Based on the recommendations, we will create a budget together that will accommodate those essential accessories that serve as an investments in the sale of your home.

After receiving the recommended shopping list it is up to you whether you make the necessary purchases yourself or prefer that we shop for you. We are experts in sourcing the best items at the most reasonable prices!
Monthly Rental
This service is for clients who would prefer to rent out the necessary accessories from us while their house is on the market rather than purchasing them from the store.

It is essential to add warmth and personality to the home with updated, on-trend accessories and decor such as: lamps, wall art, area rugs, accent pillows, faux plants, and other decor items that enhance the feeling of home.
​
Rental packages are available for non-smoking, pet free homes. We will install and style every item during our staging hours.
