We will walk with you through your home (including exteriors) and outline the work that needs to be done to get your home in market ready condition.

We will be using a detailed/custom staging report that will contain all the recommended changes/improvements, as well as information about how to stage every room in your home including your closets, garage, kitchen cabinets, and outdoors. 

 

To maximize the effect of staging, we recommend adding the "wow factor" - emotional connection points to make the buyers subconsciously feel at home.
